(thus after consonant, -’sh or -ysh after vowel) enclitic adverb and conjunction also, too, even, and;
when attached to a noun it follows the indefinite suffix -êk, the defining suffix -e, -eke, the plural ending -an, and an adjective or noun linked to it by îzafe y, but precedes a pronoun affix;
when qualifying the predicate it is inserted as early as possible in the sentence, and may be attached to a noun, adjective, adverb, a preposition in the absolute form, a negative, tense or mood prefix (na-, ne-, me-, e-, bi-), or, in the absence of these, to the verb in front of the inflexion.
Examples:
bira y jineke’sh hatibu: the woman’s brother also had come
kicheza’sh-y hatibu: his daughter’s child also had come
azaysh nîn: they are not even brave
jinekanîsh-man nedîbu: we had not even seen the women
lê’sh-iṭ dam: you even struck me
na’sh-yan bînim: nor can I even see them
fermûbu’sh-tan ke ême b’êyn: you had also ordered that we should come
jinekan geṟa’shinewe: the women even came back
